Does it rotate every page, or just one?
Every page in the PDF gets rotated by the same angle. If you only need specific pages changed, use the Split tool first to pull those pages into their own file.
What rotation options are there?
Rotate 90 degrees right, 90 degrees left, or 180 degrees (upside down to right-side up).
Will the rotated PDF have a watermark?
No. Stamped never adds a watermark, stamp, or badge to your files — you get back the same PDF, just rotated.
