Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stamped ("the Service"), available at stampedpdf.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Stamped does
Stamped is an online tool that converts documents and images into PDF files and merges multiple files into a single PDF. The Service offers a free tier with daily limits, and paid options (a day pass and a monthly plan) that provide a higher usage allowance.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Stamped only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use automated means to exceed the usage limits of your plan.
3. Your files
You retain all rights to the files you upload. Files are transmitted to a third-party conversion provider to perform the conversion and are not stored by us after processing is complete. You are solely responsible for keeping your own copies of any files you convert.
4. Paid plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. The day pass is a one-time charge granting higher usage for 24 hours from the time of purchase. The monthly plan is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on our site; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period.
5. Usage limits
All plans, including paid plans, are subject to reasonable usage limits to keep the Service available and affordable for everyone. These limits are generous and are not expected to affect normal use. We may adjust these limits over time.
6. Refunds
All sales are final and payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. However, we want you to be satisfied: if the Service fails to work due to a technical problem on our end and you were charged, contact us and we will review your situation and, where appropriate, issue a refund. Refunds are handled at our discretion outside of legally required cases.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Stamped available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stamped and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Contact
