When you convert or merge files, those files are sent to a third-party conversion provider (CloudConvert) to perform the conversion, and the resulting PDF is returned to you. We do not store your files on our servers after processing, and we do not read, share, or use the contents of your files for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.

2. Information we collect

We collect a limited amount of information to operate the Service:

• Email address — if you purchase a paid plan, so we can associate your purchase with your access.
• Usage counts — we track how many conversions are performed (by internet address for free users, and by email for paid users) to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. We do not tie these counts to the content of your files.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service:

• CloudConvert — performs the file conversions.
• Stripe — processes payments securely.
• Google — we use Google's advertising and analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use the Service. These may set cookies in your browser.
• Our hosting provider — runs the website itself.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and information shared with them is governed by their respective policies.

4. Cookies

We and our advertising and analytics providers may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure the performance of our ads, and understand site usage.
